Pay Range: $60,000- $73,000.00 Annual

Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Provide oversight and direction to Driver Support for assigned region and/or LOB.
- Oversee Driver Support for assigned area ensuring appropriate staffing levels and operating within budget constraints and that processes and procedures meet organizational requirements.
- Ensure assigned employees have career development plans that provide the organization with strong bench strength for future leaders and specialized individual contributors.
- Coordinate all Driver Support activities within assigned region and ensure drivers receive necessary support.
- Collaborate with other Regional Leaders to coordinate optimal movement of empty trailers.
- Coordinate and assist in all high level emergency situations.
- Assist with comdata and dispatch problems as necessary.
- Assist with fuel and routing issues of drivers.
- Promote safety at all times with the drivers.
- Be responsive to drivers and other regional needs.
- Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objective.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
- 4+ years related experience in call center and/or transportation operations required.
- Previous leadership experience required.
- Previous project management experience preferred.
- Previous experience working in Transportation/Logistics industry preferred.
- Must be proficient in all products within the Microsoft Office Suite
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to solve problems and work in high pressure situations.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
